Last night I started notching the frame, and getting the Volare clip fitted into place! I didn’t get too far, but I got started, and only worked on it for maybe two hours. I have quite a bit of cutting and grinding ahead of me, but it’s going pretty smoothly, and it’s fun to see it taking shape. Here are some photos of my progress… I got it fitting a bit better than is shown before I stopped for the night though.
